Microsoft + Yahoo = Nothing

I am not sure if all this news is only to Drive up the Share Prices or to rig the market, but Business Standard today reports, that the talks between Microsoft and Yahoo are no longer active. But MS is still open to possibilities of work together.

What would be the name if they merge it, Microoooo or ????
