I Love Dogs !!!

No Not the one's with wiggly tales, that wiggle more when you meet them, or the ones that bark at you, I am talking about the roasted ones that you put inside a bread and call em a hot dog. India is not too big on hot dogs, though there have been some people who have recently started making them in the big malls, but naaah.. that's not what street food is all about. Sometimes on Sunday's we try to make them on our own, but making the sausages in a pan, does not give you the even cooking or the texture in taste that you are looking for.
